Winter Farmers Market

Local foodies already know about Salt Lake's bustling Downtown Farmers Market in the summer, but fewer have heard about the “Pop-Up” Winter Markets. And the Downtown Alliance is excited to launch its series of winter markets starting this on Saturday, Nov. 17 from 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
With a focus on local foods, the one-day events will be held monthly from November to April at different downtown locations. These “Pop-Up” are aptly named, offering dates, times and themes in advance, and listing location and vendors only two weeks before.

November 17: “Give Thanks”   Rico Foods Warehouse – 545 W. 700 South
Chefs from Frida Bistro will be on-hand demonstrating meal ideas with local foods for Thanksgiving. Utah Food Bank will be accepting donations and the Salt Lake-based band Touchstone Coyote will perform.
